REGISTRATION FLOW

1. Get the reply form below (for both Gene and Eric).

2. Fill in all the details required in the form. 

3. Send back the reply form to GENERIC E-Mail: generic16.engitex@gmail.com

   Deadline: 15th AUGUST 2016 for (GENE and ERIC)
4. Pay for registration fees*. Refer to payment flow for further details. 

5. GENERIC committee will inform ( through email / call / SMS ) whether your application is approved or not. 

6. Registration was done! New Updates will be upload on GENERIC website. Do check our website regularly. 

 

PAYMENT FLOW

 

1. Fees will be charged on each team of ERIC and GENE to cover all the modules, transportation, accommodation within International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM).

                        RM50 per Team for GENE

                            RM100 per Team for ERIC

 

  2. Payment can be made by bank-in into ENGINIUS Account as stated below :-

Account Name     : Engineering Society (ENGINIUS) 

GENERIC E-Mail   : generic16.engitex@gmail.com (If Using Online Banking) 

 

  3. Please pay the fees by date state below :-  22nd AUGUST 2016 for both GENE and ERIC 

 

  4. Scan/capture the payment slip* as a proof of payment and send it to        GENERIC E-Mail: generic16.engitex@gmail.com       The slip must have the correct and clear date, time of payment, the amount of payment & category (GENE or ERIC). 

      *Please Put The School Name In The E-Mail Title. Write Down The Date Of Payment, Amount Of Payment & Category (GENE or           ERIC) in The E-Mail Body.
